Directions to Grange Farm Bed & Breakfast & XC
From Banbury M40 Junction 11, left toward Banbury Town Centre. Over 2 roundabouts then left at the Tesco Roundabout. Over next set of traffic lights (not pedestrian lights)past Whatley Hall Hotel & Cinema on right then go right at Banbury Cross (monument in middle of road!)the B4035 stay on this road through the villages of Broughton, Tadmarton and then through Swalcliffe, after swalcliffe take the next left towards Sibford Ferris, and the the next left gated road to Grange Farm.
From Stratford upon Avon. Shipston on Stour B4035 toward Babury, through Brailes, after 2 right turns to Sibford take the next right turn Sibford Ferris, Wigginton then over the next crossroads- gated road to Grange Farm

Grange Farm is in a rural position 1 mile from the village of Swalcliffe.
The Farmhouse has 3 moderately sized rooms 2 twin en suite & one double en suite all of which are accessed by a fairly steep staircase with a lefthand side bannister rail most of the way up and another smaller step onto landing.
The dining room has a large oak dining table where all guests enjoy a typical farmhouse breakfast.
The driveway is access off the small by road and has parking for several vehicles, it can be a little tight to turn a car in the drive most reverse out or in.
The garden is mainly grass with flower boarders and in spring & summer is very pleassant for sitting in.
The nearest eating place is the Stags Head in Swalcliffe Village, but there are many other public houses or restaurants within a seven mile radius.
Swalcliffe village is on the Banbury to Shipston on Stour bus route which runs several a day, taxis are available from Banbury, where the nearest railway station is.
From October through to May the yard next to the house is usually stocked with Beef Cattle,& most mornings there will be horses grazing in front of the dining room window, several week ends during the summer there will be horse events running on the cross country course.
